The crit stats it gives are insane. With my artifacts swapping from R1 Iron sting to HOD is a 20% damage increase over the course of the rotation, assuming 100% HOD uptime. Iron Sting matches my HOD assuming the uptime is 10/90 ie losing the cr passive 90% of the time. But I play with kuki and XQ so the passive is up 100%.
