WebCarolina Beach State Park is located in Carolina Beach and is a 30 minute drive to downtown Wilmington. There are quite a few sites but not many that are full hookups. Sites have good spacing and most look to have good privacy from neighboring sites. The area is mostly wooded. Sites are dirt and at least ours (#14) took a bit to level.
